Develop Your Leadership Mindset!
Our foundational seminar focuses on what it means to lead, what others look for in leaders, and the different roles leaders inhabit. You will gain a deeper understanding of your own values and your current leadership strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion, you will have both articulated your personal leadership style and created a concrete action plan to meet your leadership goals.
