Beyond Sea Level presents a series of graduate-style seminars for self-motivated students and professionals to elevate their leadership skills and abilities.
Taken individually or as a complete series, our interactive seminars focus on the personal and professional skills inherent to successful people.
As you develop and articulate your own leadership style, you will lead discussions, share insights, provide and receive constructive feedback, and create a personalized growth plan based on your individual values and strengths.

Develop Your Leadership Mindset
Our foundational seminar focuses on what it means to lead, what others look for in leaders, and the different roles leaders inhabit. You will gain a deeper understanding of your own values and your current leadership strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion, you will have both articulated your personal leadership style and created a concrete action plan to meet your leadership goals.

Elevate Your Interactions
Our interactive seminar focuses on proactive communication, how leaders communicate, and obstacles to effective interactions. You will gain a deeper understanding of your current communication strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion, you will have both articulated your personal communication style and created a concrete action plan to improve your communication in a leadership role.

Overcome Your Obstacles
Our challenge-driven seminar focuses on how to effectively solve problems in personal and group settings. You will gain a deeper understanding of why problems go unsolved and key strategies for resolving them. Upon completion, you will have articulated your problem-solving framework and created a concrete action plan to improve its implementation.

Manage Your Uncertainty
Our process-oriented seminar focuses on how individuals and groups move forward in the face of uncertainty. You will gain a deeper understanding of proactive decision-making practices and the obstacles that lead to paralysis and ill-advised choices. Upon completion, you will have articulated your decision-making process and created a concrete action plan to improve its implementation.

Move Forward with Confidence
Our capstone seminar tests your ability to lead a team in solving real-world problems. You will implement skills learned throughout the previous courses, provide and accept constructive criticism, and contribute to the growth of your peers. Upon completion, you will have articulated your leadership vision and identified leadership roles integral to your personal success.
Advanced Leadership is an immersive seminar designed to build on the foundation of the previous four seminars.
